Hi, I’m Ivona Celic 👋

I help tech professionals become strategic leaders and partner with organizations to transform how they manage and deliver IT solutions.

I actually started my career on the business side – with a degree in Finance, analyzing business cases and influencing executives on strategy. But the pull of IT was too strong to ignore, so I switched gears and joined delivery teams as a business analyst.

Very quickly, I realized something important: my business strategy background was a secret weapon. I could understand what my dev teams were talking about (well… most of it), but I also knew how to translate it, frame it for executives, and get buy-in from the people who actually made decisions. That mix pushed me beyond traditional BA work and into leading teams.

From there, I found myself driving change – helping teams work smarter, collaborate better, and engage their stakeholders in a way that actually worked. Having been on both sides of agile transformations (the one being transformed and the one doing the transforming), I built a deep bank of real examples of what works, what doesn’t, and why.

Now, I use this site to share what I’ve learned. I help individual contributors build the business mindset and leadership skills they need to grow into IT leaders. And I support organizations and transformation leaders turn tools and frameworks into practical, usable ways of working.
